APP
We will be providing a smartphone conference app for delegates to use during the conference.

The app will provide the following features;

  • Review agenda & speakers
  • View abstracts & e-posters
  • View sponsors & exhibitors

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
Certificates of attendance will be sent to your registered email address. They will provide a CPD breakdown of the sessions you have attended.

CONTINUING PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT CREDITS (CPD)
This event will be submitted for approval for external credit for the CPD scheme of the Federation of Royal Colleges of Physicians of the UK. Please tap your badge at the terminals on entry into the session to receive a CPD Breakdown on your certificate to be received post meeting. Physicians should record their credits in their diaries, in accordance with the current RCP recommendations.

The CPD Application is in process, but will be an anticipated 18 category 1 (external) CPD credit(s). You should apply for 3 full days study leave for the meeting participation.

The post event virtual platform will launch in July and we are applying for CPD accreditation for up to 6 months.

EXHIBITION
A number of companies have committed to support the BAD Annual Meeting, please ensure you visit the exhibition to see the products and services on offer and to chat with company representatives.

PATIENT SUPPORT GROUP QUIZ
Please visit the PSG section the meeting app to participate in the quiz. The prize winner will be announced after the meeting.

PAYMENT OF REGISTRATION FEES
We would prefer delegates to pay by credit card at the point of registration. Please note that we only accept MasterCard and Visa. American Express cannot be accepted. Cheques cannot be accepted in any currency other than UK Sterling.

POSTER EXHIBITION
The E-poster exhibition will be located within Central 5, 6, 7. The E-posters will be numbered, and a list is provided at the back of the programme and on the event app.

SPONSORED SYMPOSIA
Sponsored symposia will be included as part of the educational content of the meeting and available to all registered delegates.

SPEAKERS
Speaker preview will be located in the Central 8, please ask at the registration desk for directions. All presenters must take their memory sticks to speaker preview at least two hours prior to their presentation. Speakers should be aware that their presentations will be recorded in Manchester and made available to all registered attendees on the virtual platform.
