Terms and conditions

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION

A refund of the registration fee paid, less a £25.00 handling fee, will be made if a cancellation is received in writing on or before Friday 17th May 2019. A 50% refund, less the handling fee, will be made if cancellation is received in writing on or before Tuesday 4th June 2019. No refunds will be made after this date.

DATA PROTECTION AND BADGE BARCODES
Information you supply on this booking form will be held on our database to facilitate further bookings and to inform you of future events. The BAD may also make your details available to carefully screened 3rd Parties (excluding email addresses). Please tick this box if you do not wish information supplied to be used in this way. Each delegate badge will have a barcode containing your name and professional address. Exhibitors will also be given the opportunity to hire touch pad lead capture. Please be aware that if you touch your RFID badge onto a company touch pad they will receive your name and professional address details, they will also receive the email address you have selected in the registration process if you have selected to make this available. They may also send you a promotional email.
