Speakers from NHS England and NHS Improvement Digital Care Models team alongside the British Association of Dermatologists (BAD) in a webinar looking at how teledermatology is being used in new models of care. Hear directly from clinical experts across the country as they share some of the impressive work that is already underway to implement teledermatology in their regions, in community and hospital settings.

Annually 24% of people see their GPs for skin disease, resulting in around 3 million consultations, with only 650 dermatologists working in the system. COVID-19 has increased pressure on dermatology services, which are already under strain from increasing incidences of skin cancer.

This 75-minute webinar showcases work in teledermatology in the Midlands, South West and Surrey and provides an unmissable chance to share learning and experiences from people already delivering dermatology services in new ways. We’ll explore how technology can help support the workforce, improve waiting times and offer patients more choice about how, when and where they want to be treated.
